Our Story
The founder, Telecia Bell-Matthews, created Forever Bells from a lifelong passion for serving others and celebrating life's most meaningful moments. As a Georgia wedding officiant, notary public and school nurse, Telecia has devoted her life to helping others. Whether caring for children at school or guiding couples as they say "I do," her heart has always been centered on compassion, kindness, and making people feel at ease.
Our name reflects our belief that the ringing of the bell symbolizes celebration, abundance, good fortune, and the beginning of a beautiful new chapter. It is our honor to invite each couple to ring the Forever Bell as a joyful reminder of the promises they have made and the future they are beginning together.
